FREE

The Free plan allows for up to 2 song downloads per month for personal, non-commercial use to be used on a single YouTube or social media channel. This plan does not allow for monetization. No business use or use of any kind for revenue-generating purposes.

CREATOR

The Creator license permits unlimited downloads and provides coverage for personal, commercial use online. For individual content creators producing videos and publishing online content for their own Youtube channel, website and social account. All licenses cover worldwide perpetual usage.

STUDIO

The Studio license allows for unlimited downloads and provides coverage for commercial usage for companies of up to 50 employees. Multi-channel license for your company and productions created by your company for your clients, including coverage for their YouTube channels and online outlets. All licenses cover worldwide perpetual usage.

ENTERPRISE

The license covers large organizations of 50+ employees and advanced rights such as paid advertising, broadcast TV & film, OTT streaming, educational institutions, video games & apps. Our enterprise licenses can also cover international distribution and API partners as well as regional sub-publishing arrangements.

All music used in your projects created and published while under subscription with Soundscape will retain their license to our music forever. Even if you cancel your subscription, you will maintain your license in perpetuity for all music used in all videos & projects published while the subscription was active. Once subscriptions are cancelled, you will not be able to publish new videos with previously downloaded music.

For your protection, we generate a license for each batch of songs you download from our site. This license lists the name of the project/video and the songs downloaded for potential use in that project. This provides you with proof of license for each project, linking the song titles used for each of your video titles. Please maintain this license for your records in case you need to prove you've legally obtained the rights to use specific songs for your specific projects.

Yes, it's possible to upgrade/downgrade a tier. If you want to upgrade, you can do so at any time by simply purchasing the new plan, and you will only be charged a pro-rated amount for the price difference between the plans, depending on how many days are left in the subscription cycle. You will only be charged for the days left in the cycle minus what you have already paid.

We add new music every week; the amount varies week to week.

It's pretty simple, we just reach out to bands and artists we like, and that we ourselves would want to see represented. We're also always happy to check out new music for consideration through our submit music page.

Our artists often include instrumental versions and other various versions of their music. You can search for a track title, and the alternative versions (if available) will show in the search results.

The Enterprise tier covers large organizations and advanced rights. This includes companies where either the production company or the client of the production company have over 50 employees. Various uses also qualify as advanced and multi-seat licenses regardless of the amount of employees, such as TV broadcast productions, feature films, paid advertising, OTT streaming, educational institutions, video games and apps. We also offer API SaaS platform integration and any custom business solutions.
